Addresses

Your saved addresses. Your default sets your local search area. We keep these on file for your account but never show them to other members.

Deactivate account

Deactivating hides your listings, blocks new messages to you, and prevents sign-in. Your message history is preserved. Reactivation isn't available in v1 — contact support if you change your mind.

Delete account permanently

Permanently deletes your account — this is not the same as deactivating, and it cannot be reversed by signing back in. Your account is deleted and signed out immediately. Your personal information (name, email, phone, addresses, messages) is then permanently erased after a legally-required hold that covers payment-dispute windows. Only anonymized transaction records are kept, as required for tax and dispute resolution. Learn exactly what's deleted and what's kept ›
